PARKING:
There are several parking garages nearby, but we do not validate parking. We suggest parking in the Spring St. lot. Parking in Downtown LA can get busy, so please plan accordingly to avoid being late.

IMPORTANT:

• The movie and service will begin promptly, so please plan accordingly—you don’t want to miss anything!

• Guests planning to consume alcohol will need to show a valid ID at the door.

• Dietary Restrictions: At this time, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. If you have any life threatening allergies, please contact us or leave a comment on your ticket purchase.

• This is an interactive, immersive experience, and we encourage guests to take photos and videos throughout the event. Please be courteous to other guests.

• Please double-check that your email address and phone number are correct before purchasing to ensure you receive your ticket confirmation and any important updates about the event.

Terms and Conditions

1. Liability Waiver for Food-Related Issues:

   • Dietary Restrictions & Allergies: Guests are responsible for informing us of any severe allergies (e.g., nut allergies) at the time of booking. We do not accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menus. By attending, guests acknowledge and accept the risk of exposure to allergens.

   • No Liability for Adverse Reactions: Feast Your Eyes LLC is not liable for any adverse reactions to food or beverages consumed during the event. All food and drinks are consumed at the guest's own risk.

   • Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feast Your Eyes LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the event.

2. General Terms:

   • No Refunds: All ticket sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable.

   • Late Arrivals: Guests arriving after the event start time may not be permitted entry to ensure the immersive nature of the event.

   • Photography/Media: Guests are encouraged to take photos but must be mindful of others during the event.

3. Photo/Video Consent:

   • During events, photography and videography may occur occasionally for promotional purposes. By entering the event space, guests agree that Feast Your Eyes LLC can use their likeness and any images or footage captured for marketing, promotional materials, or other media purposes. If a guest prefers not to be filmed or photographed, it is their responsibility to notify a member of the Feast Your Eyes team before the event begins.

4. Additional Safety and Disclaimer:

   • Health and Safety: We adhere to all local health and safety regulations, and we take care to prepare and serve food responsibly. However, attendees must notify us in advance of any specific medical conditions.

   • Event Contingency: While it is highly unlikely, there is a small chance that we may need to reschedule or cancel the event if attendance does not meet the required minimum to proceed. Should this occur, guests will be notified immediately and provided with the option of a full refund or transferring their ticket to a rescheduled date.
